Damien Clifford is the founder and lead tutor of Comera Academy, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and an RICS APC Chair and Assessor. Damien has many years’ experience providing training and support to apprentices, undergraduates, graduates and APC candidates.

Damien has over 20 years property and construction consultancy experience and is currently a Director of the largest real estate services firm in the world.

Damien holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, a Diploma in Residential and Land Agency and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He holds Freedom of the City of London and is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors. He has also provided contributions to industry leading publications such as RICS Modus, Construction News Magazine and Mix Interiors Magazine.

Having combined working and studying throughout his career, Damien appreciates the difficulties that individuals face when combining their academics with work and all of life’s other challenges.
